(JSC NC KazMunayGas - from the Kazakh side and PJSC Gazprom - from the Russian side) in order to effectively implement the provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the gas industry dated November 28, 2001 (approved by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2001 No. 1521).
