Direct deliveries: Deliveries to the domestic market are carried out through direct sale of Karachaganak gas to the National Operator in the field of gas and gas supply - JSC NK QazaqGaz.
Counter deliveries: The mechanism for ensuring counter deliveries is achieved by replacing imported gas consumed in the domestic market of Kazakhstan with equivalent volumes of processed Karachaganak gas at the Aleksandrov Gai gas metering station at fixed sales prices. The counter deliveries scheme has been helping to contain inflationary processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2007 and provides an opportunity to supply natural gas to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan on terms that are favorable for the population of Kazakhstan.
